Marrygold consultation
There is no charge for setting up the gift list and registering with marrygold, charges will apply for garden site visits and any subsequent design work, any other specific charges will be at cost.

Pricing
When you first register with us, one of our marrygold consultants will help you set up your gift list. All prices quoted are subject to change at any time but once the gift list is set up on line all prices quoted on the gift list will be firm and will include VAT and delivery. There maybe times where an additional delivery charge may occur. These could be for particularly heavy or bulky items, should there be any additional charges you will be informed of these prior to setting up your list. All our plant prices are competitively priced, because we have our own nursery you are able to buy direct from the grower and avoid the middleman.. Their maybe times where we will have to substitute certain items of plants, if this is the case you will be informed and given another alternative choice.

Delivery
Lists take 8-10 weeks to finalise and put together. All goods will be checked packed and delivered to the stated deliver address. Deliveries which are cancelled will be subject to a £30.00 charge plus 25p per mile thereafter. While marrygold will make every effort to deliver all goods the company cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to delays by suppliers or delivery companies. Delivery will be included in the price and will be made monday - friday from 9.00am-5.00pm. Anything outside these hours is on request and may be subject to a supplementary charge. All deliveries must be signed for. All items will not be gift wrapped but we do offer guests a gift wrapping service. Prices on application. All live plants when delivered will need un packing immediately and watered if necessary. Marrygold cannot be held responsible for any plants that die due to lack of water or neglect by the gift holder.

Small list
We believe we offer one of the most comprehensive outdoor wedding lists in the country and we cater for all budgets but if your total value of goods brought from a list does not exceed £500.00 an administration fee of £30.00 will be charged.

Alterations to orders
Once your wedding gift list is set up on line any alterations will be subject to a £10 administration per any item changed.

List closing
We will only close the list when we are instructed to do so by the gift list holder. Once you have decided to close the list, we will then confirm a date for delivery with the gift holder, you may decide to delay delivery until a later date, this can be done , but a marrygold consultant must be informed at outset before the wedding list goes online, only for a maximum of 6 months can it be delayed, anything outside requires further permission.

Additional orders
Wedding couples can purchase any items that remain on the gift list. They will receive 10% off any good purchased off the list.

Purchasing gifts
This may be done online and you may pay by debit or credit card, for those guests without access to a computer we can post them a paper version of your wedding gift list, they can also telephone their order and pay by debit/credit card or cheque, all will be debited at the time the order is placed. Gift wrapping is available to guests at an additional charge.

Quality of goods
When supplying goods to its clients, marrygold is acting as an aggregator and delivery service provider, the company makes no warranty of quality beyond that made by the manufacturer or supplier of any products. Any quality issues with the goods received through marrygold must be addressed directly to the supplier in question, also any work undertaken by any contractor our representatives or we might suggest.

Returns policy
Plants returns These maybe returned if written permission is given by a member of our marrygold team but only if good care and attention of any items has been adhered to. The list holder will be responsible for the cost of returning any good unless any such item was delivered in error or it is faulty. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelled weddings
In the event of a cancelled wedding after the gifts have been brought, marrygold will refund the money to the guests but only if authorisation is given from both party members (bride and groom). An administration charge of 25% of the full total of the wedding list will have to be paid by the wedding couple before any guests refunds are made. Confidential information
Marrygold provides a sound secure environment for the purchase of any goods. Information gathered by marrygold is used exclusively in the management of wedding lists and the processing of orders placed with the company. All information is treated as personal and will not be divulged with any other company.

Right to decline
Marrygold reserves the right to decline to manage any list at any time. If this happens after the goods have been brought from the list, marrygold will deliver the goods brought and close the relevant list.

Conduct
As with all e commerce companies we expect everyone using our website not to use it in any way that is likely to cause interruption and damage in any shape or form.
